Using Userplay

Userplay helps teams capture playtest sessions, review player behavior, and turn feedback into product decisions. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for making sure anyone you invite to a playtest understands what will be captured.

Do not use Userplay to collect sensitive information unless you have the right permissions and have configured the available privacy controls for your workspace.

Accounts and Workspaces

You are responsible for the activity in your account and workspace. Keep login credentials secure, invite only authorized teammates, and remove access when someone no longer needs it.

We may suspend access if we believe an account is being misused, creating security risk, or violating these terms.

Playtest Content

You keep ownership of the content, recordings, notes, and data you submit to Userplay. You grant Userplay permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

You are responsible for the games, apps, builds, prompts, tasks, and other materials you provide to testers through Userplay.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer private systems, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, or use Userplay in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

Do not use Userplay to capture people without proper notice or consent.

Third-Party Services

Userplay may link to or integrate with third-party services such as communication tools, issue trackers, analytics services, and storage providers. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep Userplay reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Disclaimers and Liability

Userplay is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Userplay in the twelve months before the claim.
